Chapters

RICS Chapters are an important part of the RICS Americas organization and help connect members across geographies in order to:

Deliver value to existing members through networking opportunities, educational programming and brand awareness
Build and strengthen the RICS brand by helping gain market recognition of RICS standards across the profession
Identify and develop potential members to grow RICS membership and sphere of influence with key constituents including members’ firms
Identify and develop regional and global member leaders to continue the evolution of the brand and influence the market

There are currently more than 20 RICS Chapters in the Americas region. Chapter activities and programs are generally managed by RICS members, with support from RICS Americas staff based in New York and Toronto, for the benefit of members and contacts located in the region.
