Data Warehouse or Data Closet - Houston, TX

The Gulf Coast Chapter of AACE International invites RICS members and guests to attend this interesting program with speaker John Musgrove, Bechtel Engineering.

Mr. Musgrove has been with Bechtel for 37 years, serving in various capacities in Engineering, Information Technology and Project Controls. He is currently Lead Mechanical Equipment Estimator for Bechtel OG&C in Houston. He is also Program Manager for development of an Equipment Data Warehouse for optimal use of current and historical equipment pricing. Previously he served as Chief Estimator for automation, helping develop the Bechtel Estimating Toolkit and training modules for it. Mr. Musgrove began his career with Bechtel as a Mechanical Engineer in the Power business line, specializing in air pollution control equipment. Mr. Musgrove is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Louisiana, and is a member of the AACEI.

Mr. Musgrove will make a presentation about the need for, establishment and maintenance of a system that allows optimal use of current and historical equipment pricing.
