You are invited to join IPD for the launch of the first IPD US Annual Index at the Bloomberg offices in New York on Wednesday 27^th May 2009.

At this event IPD will announce the results of the new US IPD Annual Index to December 2008, and bring these up to date with our quarterly indicator for Q1 09. The results - in these most difficult of times - will be set in a broad global economic and financial context, and the morning will feature a panel of leading investors who will comment on the investment uncertainties currently afflicting both the US and global real estate markets.

Wylie Greig, ex head of research at RREEF, will be moderating this much anticipated discussion, and participants from varying perspectives upon the market will be sparking debate. The plan for the morning is as follows:
