Join RICS at the CCIM 2010 Conference: ReFocus

Thomas Justin, FRICS, CRE, chairman of RICS Americas, will moderate a panel including Jorge Hurtado, MRICS, and Julian Josephs, FRICS, on October 23 at the CCIM 2010 Conference: ReFocus. The two-day event, hosted by the CCIM Institute, will be held at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida.

The RICS-sponsored session is “Business Opportunities in Emerging Markets.” The panel will discuss which business opportunities are worth pursuing and in which global markets. Among the questions that will be addressed are: What is the impact of the economic slowdown on emerging markets? How are developers partnering with governments and mitigating risk? And how are emerging markets changing the traditional views of development?
