Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
presents:

Landlubber Water View of Architecturally Sound Buildings

Docents will take you on an architecturally-oriented tour of New York City from a viewpoint that even experienced real estate professionals have not witnessed. Originally designed as a boat ride around Manhattan, this one-hour “landlubber tour” focuses on the highlights of New York City and is sure to change your perspective of the city that you thought you knew so well.

This meeting will be presented at the award-winning home of the American Institute of Architects New York Chapter and the Center for Architecture Foundation, vibrant nonprofit organizations that provide resources to both the public and building industry professionals. Through exhibitions, programs, and special events, the Center aims to improve the quality and sustainability of the built environment, foster exchange between the design, construction, and real estate communities, and encourage collaborations across the city and globe.
