The Gulf Coast Chapter of AACE International invites RICS members and guests to attend this interesting program with speaker Tom Lee, Project Engineer, Shell Projects & Technology.

Tom has over 21 years of project and construction experience in oil & gas, upstream, downstream, power and wind power projects. He has worked on "both sides of the fence" on both the Owner and the EPC sides. Projects have ranged from downstream refining and chemical projects and turnarounds, offshore revamps, gasification, power and a wind farm. He has held various engineering and management positions ranging from craftsmen/foreman prior to attending college to various engineering and management positions in project design, construction and commissioning. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
